Job Purpose

The Installation and Intervention One Services Tooling Team supports our Service Tooling business around the world. We collaborate with our Commercial organization, Service Centers, Engineering and Sourcing to define and cost winning solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Tender Coordinator, Tender Lead or Senior Tender Lead, preferably with experience with installation and intervention tooling and /or commercial tender experience, that is eager to help us deliver and improve on our commitments.

Job Description

  • Contribute or lead Installation and Intervention Tooling Tenders.
  • Support and collaborate with technical lead, tender manager and global service lines in strategic commercial and technical decisions.
  • Establish and maintain tender system for purchase and rental systems, and ensure alignment between global service line and different service regions.
  • Identify compliance to client requirements through ITT documents and clarifications together with technical lead.
  • Improve tender execution process and improve tender team compliance. Focus on balancing tender cycle time, resources, quality and sustainability.
  • Assist and improve tender reviews process, including strategy reviews and work meetings for all Installation and Intervention Tooling tenders.
  • Perform and improve tender package handover to project execution to ensure correct scope and budgets.

Skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Good computers skills in standard Microsoft office applications, especially Excel
  • Preferred experience with workover and installation tooling
  • Preferred experience working with tenders using our corporate tools (iTWO)
