Job Description
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the Team’s backlog to streamline the execution of program activities while maintaining the functional and technical integrity of the features and components. Heavily involved in backlog refinement, preparation, and execution of planned events. Significant contributor to product and program vision, roadmap, and content presentations. Works closely with software engineers and other stakeholders, the PO is primarily responsible for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog. Collaborates with their Squad to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests. Validates story acceptance criteria, acceptance tests, and definition of Done (DoD). Assures the level of quality and fitness for use. Collaborates with their Squad and any other stakeholders in the team demo. Participates in the Iteration Retrospective, where the teams gather and improve their processes. Works across teams to define and implement improvement stories that will increase the velocity and quality of the products or programs.
You are meant for this job if:
- A relevant degree within technology, engineering, or product management with 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in embedded software development.
- Demonstrated team management and leadership skills.
- Command of Agile development workflow, backlog process, scrum, and user stories.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work and lead with Agile methodology, including Scrum.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English language.
- Experience working with product managers and product management methods.

- Design, read, and implement control system function block logic.
