Job Purpose

Ensures that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems

Prepares reports and fix identified problems

Job Description

  • Creates customer records and document numbers as required and prepare documents for transmittal to client according to project specific procedures
  • Controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality)
  • Assists with development, maintenance and improvement of departmental / projects document control work processes
  • Handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedure
  • Participates in meetings, as required
  • Checks document and transmittal quality according to check list for document control
  • Manages supplier documentation • Analyzes and collects a variety of information for reports 
  • Support projects in meeting contractual requirements related to document handling per the TechnipFMC procedures
  • Assist project with planning and follow up on information management activities and documentation status

You are meant for this job if:

  • High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)
  • 4 years of experience in similar role • Professional English
  •  Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate alternatives and make decisions within established procedures
  • Ability to identify deviations to set procedures and contribute to problem resolution
  • Capable of adapting to changes in processes and systems
  • Familiarity with regular software systems (ie. Microsoft Office products, etc)
