Join our C&A System Engineering Team at TechnipFMC.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to lead the C&A engineering work in projects, being the link between Product Delivery Manager and the Project Engineers. In projects, the Lead Engineer will take charge of the C&A System design and technical scope, including client relations and follow up project engineers supporting the project. Technical negotiations with clients, clarify interface details towards other disciplines, both internal and external, and participate in interdisciplinary reviews and workshops. EFAT (extended factory acceptance test) is the final test for equipment delivered from our department and this test is owned by the Lead Engineer.
Job Description
- Ensure that the system delivered will cover the operational needs as well as being within the given regulations and requirements.
- Own the C&A scope of supply for the project deliveries.
- Work closely with the customer Lead Engineer, on operational needs and solutions.
- Supervise the Project Engineers work for the project, both new solutions and reuse of existing equipment.
- Final System Testing (EFAT), write the procedure and lead the test in collaboration with Project Delivery Manager and Service Personnel.
You are meant for this job if:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, preferable 3-5 years of experience in project execution.
- Good understanding of engineering principles.
- Knowledgeable about hydraulic, electric, or SW/network environment
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent English both oral and written.
