Job Purpose

Provides technically complex engineering solutions in particularly challenging project environments in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  •  Maintain a full product overview of RFJ, LS, and SLS (including non-catalogue parts)
  • Establish product standards and masters
  • Support on input to PLM budget estimation
  • Propose product improvements with relevant business cases
  • Advice towards tender in concept/technical reviews
  • Contribute to technical training
  • Participate in concept/technical reviews
  • Advice towards other departments in technical issues
  • Support workshop and offshore operations

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with minimum 7-11 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Technical knowledge and eagerness to innovate
  • Strong problem-solving skills and continues improvement mindset
  • Ability to lead technical global teams
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in English

Skills:

  • Knowledgeable on TH-Mode with LS and SLS
  • Knowledgeable in RFJ system

Practicalities:

  • Application date: 12 June 2025, candidates will be evaluated on a continuing basis.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Norway without sponsorship.
  • Place of work: Kongsberg, Norway with multiple opportunities to travel to other locations
