As our Regional Indirect Category Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing sourcing strategies across the UK and Norway. Job Description
As a Regional Indirect Category Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned subcategories, ensuring alignment with global procurement goals.
- Lead supplier relationship management, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and governance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and explore new supplier opportunities.
- Drive cost management initiatives by optimizing supplier efficiency and reducing operational waste.
- Engage stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs and ensure compliance.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion safety, quality, delivery, and cost in all supplier interactions.
- Travel will be of regular amount for this job

You are meant for this job if:
- You have 5–8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally with exposure to indirect categories.
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- You’re a skilled communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust quickly.
- You have contracting experience and understand key negotiation levers.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and have a lean mindset for process improvement.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft tools like Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Outlook.
