Job Purpose

Assists the Department Manager in the implementation of Quality Management systems and tools improvements and developments. Develops and coordinates employees' trainings.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for maintaining Standard Product ITP for scope within own product area, by updating any changes in requirements, interventions or similar in collaboration with Engineering and Global ITP network and internal stakeholders.
  • Initiate planning of CSS and PV, establish plan and execute according to plan.
  • Validate that requirements defined and implemented within Engineering and Manufacturing are met through Process Verifications
  • Perform continuous product performance analysis within own product area, driving preventive and corrective actions together with Product Responsible and Product Performance.
  • Manage and monitor Product related CNQ (Scrap, rework and Warranty) and initiate mitigations as per relevance.
  • Facilitate Product Lessons Learned within REMS.
  • Perform Monthly performance reviews within own product area.
  • Conduct Quality Improvement projects for non-conformance and/or improvement areas within own product area.
  • Facilitate RCAs/Problem Management, and initiate and review Alerts when applicable within own product area.
  • Ensure compliance to global processes and challenge improvements as applicable.
  • Responsible of implementing and driving QIPP program in Manufacturing and engineering to reduce potential high risk Quality incidents.
  • Implement Lean programs/methods as per relevance.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Higher education holding a master's degree in engineering, Projects, Supply chain Management, or equivalent work experience from Quality Management and/or Quality Assurance related work.
  • ​​​​​​Required minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good experience within quality methodologies used within Lean Six Sigma or similar.
  • Experience in engineering guidelines/industry standards.
  • Good understanding of supply chain management.
  • Candidates must be able to legally reside and work in Norway without sponsorship

Ability to work systematically and independently and to define and reach milestones.
Good cooperation skills.
Able to make decisions and push actions through the organization.
Motivated to learn about TechnipFMC Products & processes.
Good skills English language verbal and written.
