Project/ Lead Engineer

Job Description

  • Leading delivery-, rental-, upgrade-, and after marked projects for CWOR Systems.
  • Be the Technical link between customer and TechnipFMC value stream for CWOR Systems and Products.
  • Participate in meetings with product group, management, other departments and sites, customers, and suppliers, to establish the best way forward for a project scope w.r.t cost, risk and schedule.
  • Responsible for Tender input and schedule, reporting of progress and escalation of actions if needed, to ensure delivery on time with correct quality.
  • Focus on risk assessments in all phases of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, test, operation, and maintenance work.
  • Participate in implementation of LEAN methodology in the daily work in the department.
  • Support and secure TechnipFMC's focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
  • When required, flexibility to participate, or lead engineering activities, including problem solving and RCA work, to secure TechnipFMC's focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

You are meant for this job if:

  • A -BSc or MSc with subsea open water workover system, or similar, experience.
  • Having minimum 10 years of relevant background.
  • Offshore and workshop experience is preferable, and also Management background.
  • Passionate about subsea CWOR systems and Technology.
  • Eager to provide hands-on engineering work to project activities from screening studies to delivery and life of field support.
  • A dedicated team player.
  • Self-driven and with a sense of pride in your work.
  • Eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
  • Able to make critical decisions and learn from every situation.
  • Enjoying sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the country, without sponsorship.
