Job Purpose

We are looking for a Project Manager with leadership skills to deliver on commitments, a Lean mindset to drive continuous improvements, and preferably experience with workover and installation tooling. Job Description
- Manage OneServices Tooling deliverables
- Fulfill contractual obligations within project budgets and schedules
- Lead assigned project resources
- Implement and administer project and company policies and procedures
- Promote an HSE and quality mindset as well as commercial awareness
- Develop technical/functional solutions with technical management to achieve strategic objectives

- Understand subsea projects, including relevant equipment, operations, and services
- Enjoy working in a multi-cultural/location environment
- Have a service mindset
- Have experience with project execution/management
- Understand the need for continuous improvement
- Can build a network with global stakeholders
- Can lead/support conflict management
- Are able to prepare and present reports and presentations clearly and compellingly
- Are flexible with global travel as part of project execution/follow-up
- Speak fluent English
