In Controls & Automation, we deliver and support Subsea Control Systems, providing technologies for monitoring and optimizing subsea production and intervention. We ensure safe and efficient operations, challenging the status quo every day.

Are you a dynamic, structured engineer who enjoys technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams?

We are looking for a skilled Engineer to join our C&A System Engineering Team. As a Lead Engineer, you will bridge the gap between the Product Delivery Manager and Project Engineers, overseeing C&A System design, client relations, and project support. Responsibilities include technical negotiations, interface clarification, interdisciplinary reviews, and owning the EFAT (extended factory acceptance test).

Job Description

  • Ensure that the system delivered will cover the operational needs as well as being within the given regulations and requirements.
  • Own the C&A scope of supply for the project deliveries.
  • Work closely with the customer Lead Engineer, on operational needs and solutions.
  • Supervise the Project Engineers work for the project, both new solutions and reuse of existing equipment.
  • Final System Testing (EFAT), write the procedure and lead the test in collaboration with Project Delivery Manager and Service Personnel.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a Cybernetics, Mechatronics, Automation or similar discipline, preferable 3-5 years of experience in project execution.
  • Good understanding of engineering principles.
  • Knowledgeable about hydraulic, electric, or SW/network environment
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • New Graduates with relevant education will be considered for the position.
  • Fluent English both oral and written.
