We are looking for a Project Controller!

As a Project Controller you are responsible for financial matters for small projects, budget (from tender) reporting of actual costs, forecasting, cash flow. Calculates EAC for Percentage of completion project. Participation in project reviews.

Job Description

 

  • Follows up financial performance of small projects during the contract execution
  • Calls in to project review meetings and conducts financial reviews with package managers and project manager. 
  • Produces project EAC forecasts for revenue and GM calendarization and recognition
  • Monitors actual costs ( Hardware, Hours, Other costs) and ensures the correct GM% on the project
  • Follows up hedging for currency exposures 
  • Analyses deviation from forecast
  • Produces cash forecasts for the lifetime of the project and invoices customer according to plan
  • Participates in Project Management Review
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
     

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • 2 -4 years of experience in Finance or Project Controlling
  • Experience of ERP system
  • Fluent in English
  • Analysis of financial reports
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Norway without sponsorship.
