Job Purpose

Ensure the efficient flow of the production operations through scheduling, planning and monitoring of operations

Job Description

  • Forecasting and planning demand and supply for Global Controls and Automation products.
  • Collaborating with various departments including Sales, Tenders, Projects, Planning, Procurement, and Production Control.
  • Managing incoming Purchase Orders (Demand) and providing visibility to the broader Planning and Execution Team.
  • Creating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule and its visual management.
  • Raising Planned Orders and Production Orders and monitoring their progress to closure.
  • Ensuring On Time Delivery of Products to our customers.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Background in Business, Planning, Engineering, or a related technical field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but 5–6 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or PMI PMP are highly desirable.
  • Experience in capacity planning, SAP/MRP, and scheduling using Primavera P6 or Gant Charts.
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with TechnipFMC ERP systems is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of procurement and manufacturing workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing principles and Control & Automation Products.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset

Practicalities:

  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Norway without sponsorship.
