Manager C&A Package Delivery Managers

Job Purpose

Are you our new Manager for C&A PDMs in Kongsberg? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager, with a lean mindset and driver to develop processes and people to achieve our goals of delivery value to customer together with our team of talented PDMs.

Job Description:

• Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise team of skilled PDMs. Conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate wins together.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, balancing project demands and individual strengths.
• Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with various value stream stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded

You are meant for this job if:

• University degree in an appropriate administration and management
• Proven experience in management
•  Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Practicalities:

The position will report to Director Global C&A Project Delivery in Controls & Automation product line and will be based in Kongsberg.
