What you will get from our Rotational Graduate Program

The program includes three rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different roles and departments within the company. You’ll gain a broad understanding of our business, develop a diverse skill set, and discover where your strengths and interests lie.
You’ll work on real projects, experience the day-to-day life of an engineer at TechnipFMC, and visit workshops and sites to see our systems in action. You’ll also participate in a Squad Project, a unique opportunity to explore your passions and grow your professional network.
By July 2028, you’ll complete the program and transition into a full-time position.
What will you work with?
The Graduate Program includes all our engineering departments, which are:
- Well and Flow Control
- Flexibles and Umbilicals
- Rigid Systems
- Controls and Automation
- Installation and Commissioning
- Front-End and Integrated Engineering
- Core Technologies
Throughout the two-year program, you will work in three different engineering departments. This is a unique opportunity to explore different technical areas and build a strong foundation for your engineering career.
Who are we looking for?
We are recruiting candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the following profiles:
Kongsberg Office
- Mechanical disciplines, including but not limited to:
Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Technology - Software, electronics, or cybernetics disciplines, including but not limited to:
Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Systems Design, Cybernetics and Robotics
Lysaker Office
- Mechanical disciplines, including but not limited to:
Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Technology - Materials science disciplines, including but not limited to:
Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical and Materials Technology,
We hope you’re a curious and adaptable individual with strong English communication skills, pursuing a relevant engineering degree and set to graduate in 2026.

Our application deadline will be the 31 of October 2025. We will contact candidates consecutively. Our interview process will consist of two interviews including an in-person assessment center in November 2025
