Our two-year Rotational Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to:
- Complete three engineering rotations across different departments

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for graduates who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn. The program is a good fit for people who enjoy solving technical challenges, learning new things, and collaborating with others. You don't need previous subsea experience. What matters most is your willingness to learn and contribute.
You might be someone who:
- Enjoys solving technical problems
- Takes initiative and ownership
- Adapts to new environments and challenges
- Works well in teams
- Communicates effectively in English
- Expect to graduate in 2027, or have recently completed a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
