Performs routine, administrative, and general office duties such as document processing, record keeping, and report compilation, requiring analysis and knowledge of procedures
Job Description
- Regularly attend meeting and discussion with UK Mobile Equipment team
- Consolidate and build all TFMC bases (Malaysia, UK, France, Brazil) mobile equipment in database
- Contact TFMC base representative for mobile equipment information, photo, technical specification, data book, etc.
- Learn and understand the function of mobile equipment in subsea installation project.
- Read and find the essential information from mobile equipment databook, drawing, operating manual, etc
- Contact mobile equipment manufacturer request for documentation, drawing, operating manual, etc
- Support to manage mobile equipment movement tracking at offshore project utilization
- Support to prepare mobile equipment & ancillary aids readiness for offshore project mobilization to vessel
- Support to execute offshore project request on mobile equipment & ancillary aids preparation, function test, recertification and ready for delivery to offshore campaign.
- Support in prepare and supply mobile equipment and ancillary aids documentation, eg testing certificates, calibration, material certificates, drawing, datasheet and etc to offshore project team.
You are meant for this job if:
• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Logistics or related fields.
• Required for a minimum of 3-6 months Internship.
• Good practice of English and web page construction are essential
