Job Purpose

Responsible for monitoring overall procurement activities within the assigned scope, negotiating supply and service orders that align with business needs, managing purchase documentation and order closure processes, supporting supplier development and improvement initiatives, and ensuring all procurement activities are carried out in compliance with TechnipFMC values, ethics, and guidelines, while also handling additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Description

• Day to day purchases execution and management of procurement process (from enquiry, PR, PO, delivery till payment) for assigned scope of purchase category.
• Orders and contracts negotiation with suppliers, purchase analysis and provide recommendation to requestor for acceptance and resolve order and commercial discrepancy between company and suppliers. 
• Apply rightful term and condition on order in compliance to TechnipFMC guide & TechnipFMC Group values charter (Ethics, Social, Environmental, Health and Safety) 
• Comply with TECHNIPFMC BEST Vision, Quality, Health and Safety policies.
• Purchasing data analysis and suggestion for improvement to the division.
• Perform other duties and functions as required by reporting superior. 
• Participate in AVL (Approved Vendor List) update.
• Perform claim from supplier in case of delivery/services discrepancy caused by supplier and involve in QER/SCAR issuance and closure for future improvement.
• Order expediting and initial of management of changes (MOC) if any.
• Administrative scope on purchase documentation management and order closure.
• Perform the KPI performance reporting.
• Participate in supplier audit and action plan closure.
• Supplier management, development and sourcing to meet procurement objective. 
• Participate in Asiaflex’s continuous improvement program.
• Initial in any chance of cost benefit.

You are meant for this job if:

Minimum Required: 
 
• Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain and Science 
(Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years in Procurement Roles, preferably with Manufacturing Environment or 5 years in operation/quality/supply chain roles with Manufacturing Environment, Project Management. 
• Knowledge of oil and gas industrial with engineering background is an advantage. 
• Professional Certification on CIPS/APICS/CPIM and other Certification approval by 
• Professional Supply Chain Bodies is an advantage.  
• Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skill and self-motivated 
• Knowledge of Purchasing Systems (ERP) is an advantage.  
• A good knowledge of Local Industrial and Supplier Base, supplier monitoring & claim handling is an advantage.
• Diligently follow up with details and take proactive initiatives. 
• Committed and dedicated to assigned activities by company. 
• Knowledge of Purchasing Systems (ERP) will be an advantage 
• Ability to analyze & recommendation 
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
