Job Purpose
Performs administrative duties in the Quality domain, such as data entry in the system, report running and providing necessary information to Quality colleagues
Job Description
Maintain and control all inspection reports / certificate from supplier or in house by scanning and filing.
Maintain and control of completed work order.
Ensure that non-conformance reports are filled out and that all documentation is present and easy retrievable.
Prepare CoC and MRB (Manufacturing Record Book) for new product and MMR
Involve HSE activity in Quality Department.
To understand and ensure all work performed are aligned with QHSE requirements.
Follow and comply the HSE Policies, procedures, active participate in the HSE programs and meeting requirement.
Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of filing documents.
You are meant for this job if:
Trade apprenticeship or equivalent / technical background.
D3 (Diploma) majoring in technical or relevant background.
Have sufficient capability in English.
Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
Knowing the ISO/API specification, Technical Drawing and manufacturing of wellhead & Christmas Tree product, quality control and calibration are an advantage.
Having good filing management.
Paying attention to details.
