Job Purpose

Develops and improves Suppliers process to achieve business goals related to Procurement Supplier Quality Management. This includes Supplier training on TechnipFMC's requirements, analysis of Supplier performance and involvement on improvement process. Responsible for ensuring conformance to necessary Regulatory, Industry, Customer, and TechnipFMC requirements as they pertain to either products or services provided by TechnipFMC.

Job Description

• Executes quality planning and actions, in accordance to the Supplier Quality programs
• Participates in the on boarding, development, and improvement of TechnipFMC suppliers. Provides input to the Supplier Review Board (SRB)
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality systems. Ensure tools, procedures and qualifications comply to applicable regulations and standards
• Audits/ reviews supplier manufacturing processes and procedures. Strives to improve or simplify complex processes in alignment with business needs
• Defines and executes training of suppliers to the TechnipFMC's processes
• Develops service providers and key suppliers (may include review of procedures, equipment, operator and certifications)
• Proactively manages safety and environmental issues and ensures compliance with Federal and State standards. Ensures that issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Provides leadership in achieving safety goals.
• Experience with and knowledge of between industry/regulatory standards, customer requirements
• High level of expertise with core manufacturing processes such as; Casting, Forging, Fabrication, Machining, Blasting,  Painting, Coating, Heat Treatment and welding
• NDE Level II / High level of knowledge withUnderstand industry standard non-destructive testing such as liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, X-ray, UT, and pressure testing (gas/hydro)
•  Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Source Inspectors and provide direction to the business
•  Practical experience with Measurement and Test Equipment (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.)
•  Ability to lead continuous improvement which includes RCA/Corrective Action and Risk Analysis/Preventive Action
•  Must be innovative and able to make business decisions

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality) 
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality / Supplier Quality
• Good knowledge of Quality Systems and regulations. Welding and Fabrication experience is required. Candidate should be NDE Level II qualified
