Job Purpose

Establishes and deploys quality policies of the operating center on a site or manufacturing plant and leads the Quality Management System

Job Description

• Promotes Quality and ensures continuous improvement, best practices and feedback, and represents client’s quality interests within the organization • Ensures Quality system implementation • Provides leadership and technical support for quality on projects • Monitors and reports company-wide quality indicators • Verifies Quality processes are established and deployed across Projects and Departments and are compliant with relevant standards and regulations • Acquires/maintains quality certifications • Mobilizes quality resources on projects to meet project requirements • Manages organizational change within the Quality function • Establishes, conducts, and reviews audit programs • Leads or participates in investigations to resolve quality issues

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality) • Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management System • Experience as a Project Quality Manager / QC Manager / Project Manager • Fluent in English
