Job Purpose

• Ensure the availability and registration of Supplier pre manufacturing records according to engineering & project requirements.

• Prepares reports and fix identified problems.

Job Description

• Ensure the availability of Supplier pre manufacturing records as per part report requirements and register them in system.

• Communicate non-conformance findings to the internal & external stakeholders.

• Drives General Notifications creation/coordination/ completion

• Communicate with supplier, project team and subject matter experts to get the supplier pre-manufacturing records/procedures approval through eSMDR tool & SAP.

• Using the SAP/ECM and database systems facilitates to verify Quality notifications. Also, to upload and download documents using the same SAP platform.

• Works with cross functionals teams like Supplier, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering, manufacturing & Project departments to communicate, expedite & resolve quality related problems.

• Participates in the development, maintenance and improvement of departmental / projects document control work processes including Lessons learnt

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)

• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role

• Professional English

• Accuracy and attention to detail 

• Ability to evaluate alternatives and make decisions within established procedures

• Capable of following instructions and performing tasks as defined in relevant procedures.
