Job Purpose
• Plans, develops and implements Global Sourcing & Procurement on business process, systems applications, systems and analytics
• Designs and implements training to applicable staff
Job Description
General:
• Consults with Sourcing & Procurement staff to define user needs, reporting requirements and problems
• Prepares training and resource materials and training manuals in coordination with various S& P Teams
SYSTEMS:
• Supports and coordinates the planning, development, and implementation of changes in the applicable systems. Provides support and guidance to resolve issues and recommends changes in the system
• Evaluates the impact of any new or changed applications to determine their effect on existing applications
• Evaluates existing systems and procedures, and provides technical advice and recommendations for changes and improvements. Develops and continuously improve reporting formats and applications
PROCESS/STANDARDS/PRINCIPLES: ANALYTICS:
• Provides reports, analysis, data based conclusions on defined health and performance indicators, as requested
• Cost Engineering; perform should cost analysis for defined Category or Product family
You are meant for this job if:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Good Knowledge of the latest developments on industry systems/ management tools
• Excellent planning and organization skills
