Job Purpose

As part of Strategy Team for an Unit/ Segment , deliver strategic decision supports through business cases (e.g. investment, alliances, roadmaps). Supports commercial activity through market analysis & projects and management information reporting. Reviews key sales processes, systems & work instructions.

Job Description

Main accountabilities:
• Run ad hoc strategic competitors’ analysis, conducts customer studies 
• Maintains work instructions and documentation on sales processes
• Reviews with Sales action plans to get information on prospects 
• Assists in the development of Sales strategy
• Provides required forecast data for planning purposes and for price and revenue analysis 
• Tracks market trends / relevant industry news and communicates key information to Sales team and management
• Analyzes research data from outside sources, formulate trends and prepare findings to sales management as required
• Investigates market opportunities as requested and explores future applications of technology to sales and marketing operations.
• Formulates detailed business plans for strategic initiatives
• Participate and eventually lead strategic unit's/ segment's business cases  of different nature (technology, external growth, alliance, new assets) in a “project” / task force mode
• Consolidates market trends on competitors: business, vessels, assets, alliances, technologies, strategic moves, etc.
• Works with Corporate Development on strategic acquisitions as needed
• Facilitates strategic discussions, participates in the strategy discussions for an unit/ segment, in the context of the Win-It organization
• Helps identify competencies needed by RBUs to implement strategies
• Acts as a process owner, ensuring quality standards and delivery on time
 

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the related field
• Strong Oil & Gas sector knowledge
• Data analysis and visualization software: Tableau Software, Power BI
• Process modeling and automation tools: Bizagi, Creatio
• Productivity suites: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
• Business management software: SAP
• Ability to work in a complex and international organization
• Networking skills
• Fluent in English
