Job Purpose

The R&D Test Lab Planner is responsible for organizing and managing test lab schedules, resources, and documentation to support innovation in subsea, surface, and energy transition technologies. This role ensures efficient planning and execution of test activities while maintaining compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Job Description

Plan and schedule test activities: Develop, update, and monitor lab schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and project managers to align test plans with R&D goals.

· Data collection and analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze test-related data to support decision-making.

· Documentation and reporting: Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation of test activities.

· Support meetings: Participate in planning meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Maintain test lab systems: Update schedules in tools such as the Test Lab Brickwall (Excel-based application).

· Ensure compliance: Adhere to HSE requirements and company standards in all planning and execution activities.

You are meant for this job if:

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field.

· Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, scheduling tools, and data management systems.

· Analytical ability: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across diverse teams.

· Experience: Prior exposure to R&D, engineering testing, or lab planning is preferred
