Job Purpose

Coordinates the preparation of qualification documents, gathering all the inputs & challenges of all departments in order to draft proposals/ tenders

Job Description

• Analyzes identified business opportunities, interprets customer requirements

• Consolidates, analyses and edits information needed to prepare proposals, schedules, cost/ price/ margin estimates, etc.

• Analyzes the proposal schedule, monitors progress and highlights potential risks for on time delivery. Recommends corrective action plans for management approval.

• Prepares and presents technical sales presentations

• Documents customer requirements and provides technical guidance related to sales strategy and proposals

• Supports feasibility studies of partnerships, alternatives of new approaches, etc. for offered products and services

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline. Master's degree in the same areas is preferred
  • 8-10 years of relevant working experience in tender, sales support, engineering or projects
  • Experience with Oil & Gas product engineering and/or manufacturing. Knowledge in Flexible pipe technologies and/or Surface business a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Diligent, meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives

Other desirable competencies:

  • Experience working with SAP and SalesForce
  • Project management certification (PMI, APM, Prince…)
  • Experience working in a LEAN environment
