Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting and improving the manufacturing process, troubleshooting daily production activities, and interacting with the global engineering team for various technical discussions and new product development.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support in manufacturing process establishment and improvement.
Attend to troubleshooting activities in NMC & SSD daily production and projects.
Interact with global engineering team for QN Management, Procedural updates, DR Management, Technical discussions, and New product development.
QN disposal from an Engineering standpoint.
Review, interpret, analyze, and circulate in-house raw material test reports and supplier reports.
Process optimization and full ownership of the process/products.
Troubleshooting for process improvement and rectification.
Coordinate with procurement team for technical clarifications and justifications.
Coordinate with planning to understand forecast and execution strategy.
Coordinate with planning and procurement for raw material requirements.
Review and approve process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, etc.

You have a clear understanding of general math and the ability to read, write, and comprehend English and Hindi.
You can comprehend technical drawings, BOM (Bill of Material), Operation & Maintenance procedures, Quality & Safety Documents.
You are familiar with TFMC TCE process and Subsea distribution products.
You know API and ASTM codes, pressure codes, and standards.
You have a thorough understanding of Subsea distribution product line, assembly, and testing.
You have experience with measuring and monitoring tools (e.g., OD/ID meter, Hardness tester, PG/PT, Temperature gauges).
You have exposure to a shop floor environment.
You understand heavy-duty hydraulic equipment (e.g., Hydraulic Press, CNC Machine, Oven, Milling Machine, Crane, Material Handling Equipment).
You have knowledge of PLC setup & automation (additional advantage).
You are trained on operating overhead crane and forklift (with valid license).
You are aware of Industrial safety standards.
You can perform dimensional inspection for heavy weight oil & gas equipment (additional advantage).
You have working knowledge of SAP roles for a process/manufacturing engineer.
You have sound knowledge of material handling, Assembly & Pressure Testing process.
You have experience with lean implementation, VSMs, and shop floor digitization.
You have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience in industry or 8 years of relevant work experience with a diploma.
