Job Purpose

Within the manufacturing center in charge of 1 specific maintenance activity.

Job Description

• Coordinates maintenance activities in his/her domain to ensure continuity of production. • Ensures planning, preparation and implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment is done within HSES, cost, delivery, and legal requirements. • Develops, updates, and optimizes procedures, technical specifications in his/her domain and ensures their application in accordance with HSES, cost, delivery, and legal requirements. • Ensures the team competency and skill level by defining and organizing training needs and monitoring the competency of the team in the domain. • Focuses on constant optimization of the organization, processes, and methods.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role
