Maintenance Engineer

Job Purpose

Ensures that all machines and equipment are in top operating condition and are available for production as needed.

Job Description

"• Analyzes risks (technical, human, organizational, economical) before each maintenance operation. • Involved in organizing and planning maintenance work on all equipment and systems within the plant. • Implements standards, develops best practices, and ensures their application by members of the team. • Ensures motivation and the appropriate level of communication within the team, establishes the unit training plan and ensures their development • Reduces costs in order to maintain the level of productivity. • Proposes and implements improvements on equipment. • Carries out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of site machinery and facilities in order to minimize unplanned downtime"
