Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting and improving the manufacturing process, troubleshooting daily production activities, and interacting with the global engineering team for various technical discussions and new product development.

Job Description

  • Support in the manufacturing process of establishment and improvement.
  • Attend troubleshooting activities in NMC & SSD daily production and projects.
  • Interact with the global engineering team for QN Management, Procedural updates, DR Management, Technical discussions, and New product development.
  • Review, interpret, analyze, and circulate in-house raw material test reports and supplier reports.
  • Process optimization and ownership of the process/products.
  • Troubleshooting for process improvement and rectification.
  • Coordinate with procurement team for technical clarifications and justifications.
  • Coordinate with planning to understand forecast and execution strategy.
  • Coordinate with planning and procurement for raw material requirements.
  • Write and review process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, etc.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Minimum Degree level preferred in Mechanical Engineering
  • You have a clear understanding of general math and the ability to read, write, and comprehend English and Hindi.
  • You can comprehend technical drawings, BOM (Bill of Material), Operation & Maintenance procedures, Quality & Safety Documents.
  • You are interested in Oil and Gas energy industry.
  • You have experience with measuring and monitoring tools (e.g., OD/ID meter, Hardness tester, PG/PT, Temperature gauges).
  • You are comfortable in shop floor environment.
