About part time job / internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding the skills required in a mechanical product development team.
  2. Help manager create people development plan.
  3. Help manager plan trainings for engineers.
  4. Share insights from previous work experience on how to improve team competency.

  1. Has worked in a mid-sized organization in mid/senior level people manager role
  2. Candidates should be retired in the previous 5-10 years
  3. Willing to adapt to new work culture
  4. Willing to accept that not all ideas suggested by them can be implemented
  5. Open to listen and work with young engineers
