Job Purpose

Provides engineering solutions as part of a SSE project taskforce, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Role is part of the project engineering team working closely with the lead engineers of projects, the managers of project, engineering team, local finance and global planning teams. Most of the time is spent in an office environment.

Job Description

Create baseline plan for engineering scope by ensuring the engineering schedule is level loaded as per available capacity and manufacturing requirement using Primavera scheduling tool.

Maintain, monitor and track the Project Engineering schedule and report status throughout the execution period.

Collaborate timely with internal & external stakeholders including Engineering Managers, Project scheduler and Delivery Manager on manufacturing need dates and payment milestone to enable on time delivery.

Project health reporting based on Global and local KPI targets (OTD, EAC, Progress curve etc.) for the respective assigned projects.

Proactively highlight the expected delays and cost overrun to engineering management in Obeya meeting.

Responsible for managing projects and GRD structure in Primavera (P6) for respective product line.

Provide backlog demand details to Engineering Management for S&OP Cycle.

Utilize and create Power BI to automate reports.

Act as Primary point of contact for Project Engineering schedule. Communicate and collaborate with groups internal and external to the team across functional and managerial boundaries.

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor’s degree in technical stream

Up to 5 years of experience in Project execution

Good knowledge of scheduling tools (i.e., primavera)

Good written & spoken English strong negotiation skills and experience, understanding inter-disciplinary relations and requirements, a good understanding of cost management and contract terms and conditions ability to provide open and direct dialogue with stakeholders, high level of integrity and ethics.

Good knowledge of EPCI work processes and sequences.

Awareness about the Business Process Management Systems

Ability to identify deviations from standards.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Accuracy and attention to details

Able to present data and fact in a clear and consistent manner.
