Job Purpose

Participates in engineering solutions as part of a SSE project taskforce, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  1. You produce all documents and preliminary studies related to tenders and projects developed by the group
  2. You take responsibility for the installation engineering and related activities for one or more product(s) on a project
  3. You plan, prepare and confirm the specific procedures (validation test on site, transportation and installation) and associated calculation notes (design lifting slings) defining priorities
  4. Ensure technical compliance, quality, and on-time delivery of deliverables.
  5. Interface with designers and engineers for quality assurance of installation sketches.
  6. Participate in project meetings and interface with stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations.
  7. Drive innovative solutions for subsea structures to improve efficiency.
  8. Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality initiatives.
  9. Follow TechnipFMC processes, relevant work instructions, design guidelines, industry standards, and best work practices

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Technology degree in civil, mechanical, or any other relevant engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in the Oil & Gas domain.
  • Experience in supporting engineering for subsea projects constrained by safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
  • Knowledge in offshore structures, lifting studies, and sea transportation studies.
  • Experience with ASME, API, NORSOK, and DNV Codes and Standards for subsea equipment design and manufacturing.
  • Ability to manage engineering projects within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
