Job Purpose
The iComplete Product Line Manager for CyberFrac serves as the primary technical owner of the CyberFrac product portfolio, overseeing active, legacy, and retired products. The role is responsible for defining and maintaining the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Marketing & Strategy and technical experts.
The position leads product development and lifecycle management activities, guiding engineering teams through the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CyberFrac products. The Technical Product Owner ensures products meet industry and company standards, supports product performance throughout their lifecycle, and drives innovation and strategic growth within the CyberFrac portfolio.
Job Description
- Owns and prioritizes all CyberFrac product development, support activities, and lifecycle management.
- Establishes and maintains product roadmaps and NPD/PLM plans aligned with business strategy.
- Guides engineering teams through product development, maintenance, and end-of-life phases.
- Drives projects through Critical Decision Points (CDPs) from concept to commercialization.
- Provides engineering resource forecasts and supports project planning activities
- Partners with sales and customers to support business growth and product adoption.
- Contributes market insights, product innovation ideas, and strategic recommendations.
- Reviews designs, technical documentation, and engineering deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensures collaboration across manufacturing, service, and supply chain teams while maintaining safety standards. Provides technical leadership, training, troubleshooting support, root cause analysis, and resolution of escalated product issues.
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in automation, controls systems, or oilfield services.
- Experience with hydraulic fracturing (frac) operations, equipment, and related technologies preferred.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including development, manufacturing, installation, and operational support.
- Knowledge of industrial controls, instrumentation, electrical systems, and process safety standards. Experience with HMI systems, software applications, cybersecurity concepts, and industrial communication protocols.
- Familiarity with NEMA, UL, and hazardous-area requirements for electrical equipment in oil and gas environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel as needed, and support field operations in remote locations.
