Job Purpose
As a member of TechnipFMC’s Trade Compliance team, the Trade Compliance Program Manager will drive initiatives to achieve excellence in programmatic objectives, efficiency, and overall success in management of the team’s goals and objectives. This person will have great opportunities to work with our business and operations teams globally, and to assist with developing and maintaining a best-in-class Trade Compliance program.
The Trade Compliance Program Manager will develop, coordinate, organize, communicate, and manage a variety of Trade Compliance initiatives, including strategizing with diverse stakeholders, leading our program’s Lean Transformation objectives, and guiding projects to successful completion. In addition, this person will assist with global communications and messaging through development of the team’s Trade Compliance intranet platform, periodic newsletters, and training across the company. Overall, the Trade Compliance Program Manager will serve as a great asset to our team by bringing organizational talent, creativity, innovation, and motivation to seek excellence in our project management.

Job Description
- Manage development and completion of major international trade compliance initiatives.
- Prepare briefings for leadership on program objectives and completion levels.
- Recommend and implement updates to global Trade Compliance policies and processes.
- Oversee Trade Compliance Due Diligence, including sanctions and export controls.
- Develop and maintain expertise in program management tools.
- Monitor legal developments in international trade compliance.
- Lead monthly review meetings to present results and drive improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve program goals.

You are meant for this job if:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in program/project management, preferably in Trade Compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in online workflow tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Leadership & Initiative: Ability to lead project planning calls and work independently with self-initiative.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and present it professionally and compellingly.
- Communication & Training: Experience in developing training programs and various types of communications.
- Adaptability & Critical Thinking: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking skills

Work Requirements and Physical Requirements
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Hybrid schedule (in-office / remote work), based on office location. Some international travel, as necessary visiting TFMC regional offices or locations for purposes of executing the Legal Operations and Compliance workload and strategy.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequent sitting and operating a computer. Fast-paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change. Some travel due to role.
