Job Purpose

Hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer/Specialist II to join the TechnipFMC team!  This role will develop and improve suppliers process to achieve business goals related to Procurement Supplier Quality Management.  This includes Supplier training on TechnipFMC’s requirements, analysis of Supplier performance and involvement on improvement process.  This role can be located in Houston, TX or Stephenville, TX. (Hybrid - working 3 days in the office)

Job Description

  • Executes quality planning and actions in accordance to the Supplier Quality programs
  • Participates in the on boarding, development, and improvement of TechnipFMC suppliers
  • Provides input to the Supplier Review Board
  • Ensure tools, procedures and qualifications comply to applicable regulations and standards
  • Audits/reviews supplier manufacturing process and procedures
  • Strives to improve or simlify complex processes 
  • Develops services providers and key suppliers
  • Manages safety and environmental issues and ensures compliance with Federal and State standards

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a specialization in Quality or Engineering) or technical certification with 5 or more years work experience
  • Minium 3 years of experience within a formal management system
  • Good knowledge of Quality system and regulations
  • Strong background in machine and fabrication
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Self Driven
  • Strong Excel, Power Point and Outlook experience
  • Detailed orientated and strong problem solving skills
