In this role, you will analyze production performance, identify problems, and propose optimizations for production processes.

Job Description

  • Develop and Execute Storage Inventory reports and ensure the accuracy and integrity of stored equipment for Customers and TechnipFMC-owned assets, per Customer, Industry, and TFMC requirements.
  • Generate and deliver Internal Billing information to Internal Customers and track Financial Storage Revenue for the Department.
  • Leads and executes tactical activities related to Storage reporting for Internal Customers.
  • Liaison with Customer and Project Manager for Inventory Audits per Customer/Contractual requirements.
  • Consistently and demonstrates creativity and innovation in finding solutions to unusual problems relating to inventory, billing, and financial reports. 
  • Create, maintain, and store the essential records of Customer Inventory and TFMC Rental assets providing life cycle traceability and evidence of conformity to requirements.
  • Validate, create, and maintain department KPIs ensuring department goals are measured accurately.
  • Organize and execute annual Customer Audits; validating quantities, and locations, and provide support to Inventory Control.
  • Quality record review, verifying/validating inventory and conformance to requirements, ability to verify Records per DBI/Part Report
  • Support the daily operations by resolving vendor and TFMC Records/documentation issues and discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance of department processes, work instructions, and continuous improvement methods.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • At least five years’ experience in Records Management and quality record review ensuring conformance to requirements preferred.
  • Extensive SAP knowledge and technical background are required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in exporting organizing, and reporting data.
  • Basic working knowledge and experience with API (American Petroleum Institute) and ISO (Industry Standards Organization) standards and other applicable industry standards.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership traits establishing clear requirements and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Shares opinions, ideas, and resources with others to achieve common goals; fosters teamwork and collaboration, and builds trust.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in developing process maps and operating procedures for use in training stakeholders, process owners, and process operators.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in the use of personal computer software, such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, and Visio.
