Services Delivery Manager - Completions

Job Purpose

TechnipFMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of completion services in deepwater projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client engagement, and operational excellence within the oil and gas industry. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the successful execution of completion projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Job Description

• Project Management: Lead and manage deepwater completion projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery processes and enhance performance.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and TechnipFMC policies.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the service delivery team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Resource Management: Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, performance metrics, and client interactions, and provide regular updates to senior management.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
• 5 to 8 years of experience 
• Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
• Proficient in relevant MS Office applications. Proficient in scheduling and ERP software.
• Must have general understanding of maintenance philosophies; general understanding of offshore operations and logistics; general knowledge of subsea products; and general knowledge of business management planning tools
• Confidence to make decisions in a fast paced operational and client facing environment
