Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Analyst with expertise in Transfer Pricing ("TP") to join our global tax team. This role will focus on supporting compliance, planning, and documentation related to intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of OECD guidelines, and experience working in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Documentation

    • Prepare TP documentation in accordance with local regulations and OECD guidelines
    • Assist in preparing Country-by-Country reports and Master/Local files

Planning & Analysis

    • Support TP planning initiatives, including value chain analysis and intercompany pricing strategies
    • Valuation preparation

Audit & Controversy Support

    • Assist in responding to tax authority inquiries related to transfer pricing
    • Collaborate with advisors to resolve disputes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of TP policies

Process Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes and leverage technology for efficiency

You are meant for this job if you have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree in Tax or Economics and/or professional certification (CPA, CVA, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of experience in transfer pricing within a Big Four firm or multinational corporation.
    • Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS Action Plans, and local transfer pricing regulations.
    • Experience with tax audits focused on transfer pricing issues.
  • Skills: 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong reconciliation, data manipulation, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
