Senior Tax Analyst

Job Purpose
The Tax Senior will be responsible for assisting the preparation, review and consolidation of income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across finance and accounting teams.

Support all aspects of the tax provision preparation, including lead data management in Corptax, users support, administrative duties, and special projects.
- Assist in the preparation, review and consolidation of global tax provisions for quarterly and annual financials.
- Prepare worldwide tax account reconciliations and roll forward analysis.
- Prepare associated disclosures including Uncertain Tax Position roll forward, and discrete adjustments.
- Prepares financial statement disclosures and footnotes for interim and annual filings.
- Assist in Compliance with SOX control requirements, ensuring proper documentation.
- Drive tax technology and automation, including robotic process automation and data analytics.
- Research and document complex tax and accounting issues.
Role Specific Requirements
- Familiarity of ASC 740 with background in International & U.S. tax issues.
- Proficiency with tax software (Corptax is a plus) and Financial Reporting Systems
- High proficiency in software applications, including Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Robotics, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, to work independently, effectively collaborate, and to efficiently manage corporate staff.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to make effective presentations.
You are meant for this job if:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years of corporate tax accounting experience, either in-house with U.S. multinational corporations, or with multinational law/accounting firms.
- Knowledge: Familiarity of ASC 740 with background in International & U.S. tax issues.
- Language: English and proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required.
