Job Purpose

The role is an action-oriented, results-driven communicator adept at crafting a financial narrative that helps positions the Company as an attractive investment. The ideal candidate approaches communications strategically and enjoys finding innovative ways to communicate that reinforce our business objectives and priorities.The Senior Manager, Investor Relations (Finance Communications) will report to the SVP, Investor Relations and Corporate Development and work directly with a high-performing investor relations function. As an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, the ideal candidate will proactively frame TechnipFMC’s story, successes, and opportunities for the global investment community.

Job Description

Investor Communications

  • Participate in the creation of investor communications, including press releases, executive messaging, earnings scripts, and quarterly presentations.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, including Annual Report, 10K, Proxy, and 10Q.
  • Assist in addressing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) inquiries.
  • Clearly and accurately communicate the Company’s strategy, competitive advantages, technology, and financial forecasts.

Industry Expertise and Insights

  • Develop and maintain strong organizational and industry expertise.
  • Monitor analyst publications, conference transcripts, and earnings materials of peer companies.
  • Observe industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.

IR Infrastructure

  • Own and maintain the Investor Relation’s section of the Company’s website.
  • Assume oversight of the Company’s Investor Relation’s Overview, the primary reference document used to inform and educate the investment community, ensuring data remains current and broader themes aligned with external messaging.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working in financial communications, investor relations, or related roles with larger public companies.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and SEC filings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel.
  • Possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical and financial information into impactful messaging.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be an expert storyteller, simplifying complex subjects through words and visuals
