Job Description

  • Assists in the daily administration of projects.
  • Participates, within areas of responsibilities, in the development of engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities, according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, budget, and contractual specifications.
  • Assists in reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up on activity, critical deviation of activities, and/or potential risks.
  • Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinates the involvement of Group operating centers and partners working on the project for the assigned portion of work.
  • Coordinates engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations.
  • Participates in ensuring that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time.
  • Assists in the preparation of documents required by contracts and authorities.
  • Provides information and data necessary for activities within the disciplines' areas of responsibility.
  • Participates in defining equipment lists.
