Job Description

• Assists in the daily administration of projects. • Participates, within areas of responsibilities, in the development of engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting and associated testing, operations and logistics activities, according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, budget and contractual specifications. • Assists in the reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/or potential risks. • Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibilities. • Coordinates involvement of Group operating centers and partners operating on the project for the portion of work assigned. • Coordinates engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations. • Participates in ensuring that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time. • Assists in the preparation of documents required by contract and authorities. • Provides information and data needed for activities of the disciplines within areas of responsibility. • Participates in the definition of equipment lists.

• BS in Engineering or equivalent with a first professional experience in engineering or related fields • Demonstrated solid basis in project management • Ability to learn • Ability to work in a team-oriented and diverse cultural environment • Good command of English
