Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team for a strategic assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for reinforcing project management capabilities and providing crucial coverage as needed throughout the US. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability of ongoing projects in the Houston area.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and Execute Diverse Projects
  • Seamlessly manage projects spanning facilities, maintenance, security, and infrastructure.
  • Administrative Task Management
  • Manage administrative tasks, including report preparation and logistics coordination.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and concerns to managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in Technical and Sa fety Matters
  • Assist in resolving design and technical issues within the project scope.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating safety issues and concerns.
  • Project Scope Management:
  • Manage the project scope of work.
  • Write documents of change and review contractor pricing.
  • Assist in the coordination of the current project load.

  • General knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Teams.
  • General construction knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of Lock Out Tag Out requirements.

  • Ability to travel for various projects as needed.
