Job Purpose

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Biller to join our team in a fully in‑office role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working independently, and brings strong accounting knowledge to daily billing operations.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and process project billing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up on rejected or past due invoices
  • Generate reports and analyze billing data
  • Support month‑end and year‑end accounting activities as needed

You are meant for this job if:

  • Minimum of 2+ years accounting experience, with project billing experience preferred
  • Good understanding of Accounting and Financial theory and principles
  • Advanced personal computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and other formulas as needed)
  • Experience in an ERP environment, SAP preferred.
  • Demonstrated solid ability to work independently and solve complex, non-recurring problems.  Strong communication skills with attention to details and organization
