Job Purpose

As the Multimedia Designer you will create high-impact, branded presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) by blending visual design, motion graphics, and data visualization. Responsible for turning complex information into compelling, interactive stories, often incorporating video, animation, and infographics. This designer will ensure strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines while supporting executive-level and companywide internal/external communications. 

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Independently create polished, high‑quality presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for executive audiences and broader internal and external communications.
  • Analyze complex information and datasets, translating them into clear, visually engaging stories through strong layout, typography, data visualization, and infographic design.
  • Design and integrate motion graphics, animation, and video to enhance message clarity, engagement, and usability.
  • Consistently apply corporate brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems while exercising sound design judgment to meet communication goals.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to refine content, incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and deliver accurate, on‑brand materials within established deadlines.

 

Key responsibilities of this role are defined further as follows: 

 

  • Presentation Design: Design, format, and polish high-quality presentation decks, ensuring strong visual storytelling and consistent typography.
  • Branding Consistency: Apply and maintain corporate graphic guidelines, including fonts, colors, and logos.
  • Multimedia Integration: Incorporate motion graphics, video editing, and interactive elements into presentations.
  • Data Visualization: Transform data and reports into clear, visually appealing infographics and charts.
  • Collaboration: Work with executives, marketing, and sales teams to align presentations with strategic goals.
  • Asset Management: Prepare, crop, and optimize images for both on-screen presentations and print.
  • Template Creation: Develop and refine master templates for company-wide use. 

You are meant for this job if:

 REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related disciplines
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect), Figma, Project Management (Workfront)
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Motion & Video: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or Premiere for, animations and video.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to create templates that are functional and easy for others to edit.
  • Experience: 5+ years previous experience in a creative agency or corporate in-house design role.

  • Digital Asset Management 
  • Web Site Builder platforms (Vev, Webflow, Wordpress)
  • AI Design / Workflow
