Manager, Employee Communications - Corporate Initiatives

Job Purpose
This position will serve as a member of the Employee Communications – Corporate Initiatives team; previously, this team was known as the Corporate Communications team. As a part of the 2025 Communications Transformation, this team will shift from transactional responders to strategic business partners – evolving their focus from ad-hoc administrative task execution to enterprise value. This team will be responsible for the strategy, planning, messaging, content creation, and execution of all global campaigns, TechnipFMC’s transformation journey, as well as functional campaigns and support. This position will support the team’s efforts in adopting a campaign and transformation framework to fulfill key business objectives across TechnipFMC. This role will support the Communications function to standardize key processes undertaken as Corporate Initiatives, enabling accountability and ownership across the team.
Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the strategy, planning, messaging, content creation, and execution of all global corporate campaigns, TechnipFMC’s transformation journey, as well as functional campaigns and support. Key areas of responsibility include:

- Supporting leadership effectiveness.
- Building pride in TechnipFMC.
- Collaborating with the wider Communications and Marketing Communications teams, to support ongoing transformation efforts and campaign execution to maximize reach and alignment of key messaging.
- Working with senior leaders to plan and execute global campaigns as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Supporting the development of an integrated communications strategy across key pillars such as safety, recognition, enterprise transformation, and corporate functions.
- Engaging with the full Communications Network.
- Analyzing and optimizing performance of campaign activities based on communication program results, available resources, and budget.
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor’s in communications (or related degree), Masters preferred
- Highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration, leadership, verbal and written communication
- 5+ years of Communications and/or Marketing experience
- At least 3 years in Campaign Marketing & Communications
- Prefer candidates with at least 2 years of direct management experience
