Job Purpose

Hiring Material Coordinator for Houston, TX!  Realize your possibilities with TechnipFMC!  In this role, the right candidate will Coordinate the activities of the Warehouse Technicians and Material Coordinators.  Effective coordination positively impacts productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Job Description

  • Track and manage outbound deliveries and returns.
  • Consignment Spares order fulfillment to return to stock
  • Reconcile warehouse inventory variance through system monitoring and inventory control support. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis for inventory record variances and material flow breaks. 
  • Monitor the flow of material and leads efforts to ensure any break in material flow is resolved in a timely manner. 
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues surrounding material flow and inventory in all areas of material management. 
  • Extract and present reports from OneWarehouse and SAP systems on a periodic basis to management. 
  • Manage internal stakeholder communication, issues and inquires related to warehouse operations and administration.

You are meant for this job if:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.  
  • At least two years of related industry experience.  
  • Experience operating various types/styles of material handling equipment. 
  • Oilfield industry experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge and proficiency in basic PC operation, including Microsoft Office. 
  • Proven problem-solving ability.   
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Ability to perform simple math problems.
  • Ability to comprehend internal documents such as Movement Forms, SAP documents, and shipping documents.
