This role manages multiple project teams and coordinates with multiple stakeholders providing thought leadership and expertise within the HR technology landscape domain

Job Description

"We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Global HRIS Manager to lead our Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Central Core HR System initiatives, primarily on the ServiceNow and SuccessFactors platforms. This role will drive digital HR transformation, focused on enhancing employee self-service and optimizing the overall employee experience across systems—including ServiceNow and our Core HR system (SuccessFactors). The ideal candidate combines deep functional knowledge across Service Now HRSD and SuccessFactors Employee Central with hands on technical expertise to implement scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR solutions"

  • Lead ServiceNow HRSD and SuccessFactors Employee Central initiatives for digital HR transformation.
  • Serve as Product Owner, providing global functional leadership and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Advise leadership on Core HR strategy, platform improvements, and employee experience enhancements.
  • Optimize processes for employee lifecycle events, HR case management, and service center workflows.
  • Direct configuration, testing, and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Ensure seamless integration, platform stability, and compliance between ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, agile sprint cycles, and deliver functional documentation and training.
  • Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and collaborate on HRIS initiatives and change management.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of HRIS experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow HRSD and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proven experience in configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience integrating HRSD with SAP SuccessFactors and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes, compliance, employee lifecycle, and user experience.
  • Skilled in ServiceNow Performance Analytics, UAT management, agile/waterfall methodologies, and documentation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD reporting, GDPR, and role-based access controls.
  • Preferred: Agile product owner experience, CSM or PMP certification, ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR certifications, SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
