Job Purpose

Lead digital sales growth for TechnipFMC’s iComplete pressure control system across the unconventional market by developing customer-focused commercial strategies, expanding digital engagement, and positioning iComplete as a differentiated solution that improves operational visibility, equipment performance, and wellsite decision-making. 

 Working closely with regional sales leaders, product line management, digital product teams, operations, and key customers, this role drives revenue growth, account penetration, and market adoption through solution selling, data-driven sales execution, and strong alignment between commercial priorities and customer outcomes in unconventional pressure control applications. 

Job Description

Digital Sales Growth and Market Development 

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to grow adoption of TechnipFMC’s iComplete pressure control system across unconventional customers and target accounts. 
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of digital opportunities, converting customer needs into value-based proposals that link iComplete capabilities to measurable operational outcomes. 
  • Identify whitespace, competitive displacement, and upsell opportunities within the pressure control installed base and new customer segments. 

Customer Engagement and Solution Selling 

  • Lead customer-facing discussions on digital pressure control solutions, demonstrating how iComplete enhances visibility, reliability, performance tracking, and decision-making at the wellsite. 
  • Translate customer workflows, technical challenges, and business priorities into compelling commercial offers, business cases, and adoption roadmaps. 
  • Support pilots, trials, and early deployments to accelerate adoption and expand recurring commercial value. 

 Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership 

  • Partner with product line, engineering, digital, operations, and marketing teams to align go-to-market plans, customer priorities, and product positioning. 
  • Provide voice-of-customer insights to shape product roadmap priorities, commercial messaging, and digital feature adoption strategies. 
  • Coordinate with regional sales leaders and account managers to embed iComplete into broader unconventional account strategies. 

Commercial Execution and Performance Management 

  • Maintain opportunity visibility, forecast accuracy, pricing discipline, and sales activity tracking through CRM and other digital sales tools. 
  • Monitor key commercial metrics including pipeline conversion, adoption rates, revenue growth, account penetration, and customer retention. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital sales processes, account planning, and customer engagement approaches to improve speed, scale, and commercial effectiveness. 

General/Other 

  • Support strategic initiatives, market intelligence activities, and special commercial projects related to digital growth in unconventional pressure control.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience in senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership within unconventional oilfield services, pressure control, completions, or adjacent digital solutions. 
  • Demonstrated success selling technology-enabled or digital solutions, with the ability to articulate value beyond equipment and into performance, visibility, and workflow improvement. 
  • Strong understanding of unconventional customer workflows, field operations, and the commercial drivers that influence adoption of pressure control technologies. 
  • Experience building strategic account plans, managing complex sales cycles, and leading cross-functional opportunity pursuits. 
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting, pipeline management, negotiation, and contract development. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and comfort using data, dashboards, and digital insights to drive sales execution. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders and internal leaders. 
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and market development capabilities. 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization and travel as required to support customers and business growth.
