Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to ensure adequate adoption of all Digital initiatives within the targeted teams as well as among business partners using SAFe and Lean as the operating model. The Strategy is to be based on a world renounced Prosci methodology to ensure scalability and success. The position reports operationally and functionally to the Digital Change Management Leader. Key interactions are Portfolio Management Leader, Project senior sponsors, Digital Product Managers, Product Owners, Work Stream Digital Solution Managers, Digital Transformation Leaders, Subsea, Surface, and REMS key stakeholders, P&C, Marketing & Communications.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain Change Management Plans for all digital initiatives in collaboration with Digital Solution Managers.
  • Construct Communication plans for Digital solutions at various levels of impact including company-wide releases, as well as specific groups.
  • Develop communication material including videos, presentations, web-based pages, and targeted audience material for the Digital Organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Change Coalitions and other digital and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the Change Practitioner Network to advance learnings, knowledge transfer, and best practices for Change Management.
  • Instruct Business partners and assess their level of competency in sponsoring and leading strategic changes with support of the Change Management Leader.
  • Act as an advisor, coaching up and down workstreams, offering Change Management assistance wherever needed.
  • Partner, coach, and work with cross-functional teams in Digital Organization, to ensure each initiative has Change management plans that will drive adoption for deployed solutions.
  • Proactively identifies risk, create mitigation plans, and work with stakeholders on implementation.
  • Develop and execute Change Management plans including creation of communications, training material, KPI’s to support Digital Maturity Journey.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years overall Change Management experience including big projects and diversified stakeholders.
  • PROSCI certification is a MUST and 3+ years of Prosci and Proxima usage.
  • Ability to develop and execute the Change Management tactics identified in Change Management plans.  
  • Project management Consultancy certification
  • Additional experience in organization psychology would be an advantage.
  • SAFe & Scrum Certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work in an international, collaborative environment with virtual teams.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
